ThiemeMeulenhoff, innovative publishing company and one of the largest manufacturers of digital learning resources and schoolbooks in the Netherlands, is taken over by German publisher and educational company Klett Group. Klett Group acquires 100% of the shares of ThiemeMeulenhoff, that was owned by ING Corporate Investments since 2013.
